Arrest Roster Now at 12 for August 10 College Hill Melee

The number of people charged in an August fight on College Hill in Cedar Falls now stands at a dozen. 21-year old Marquas Gafeney of Waterloo, was arrested this(Mon) morning  for participating in a riot, a misdemeanor. $1.7-Million Airport Improvement Project Underway in Marion

Work has begun to expand the airport runway in Marion. A groundbreaking ceremony was held late last week for the $1.7 million project. Gov. Reynolds Says Administrative Services Director “is Human,” and Made a Mistake

Gov. Kim Reynolds is backing the new leader of Iowa’s human resources agency, saying he made an honest error when he misstated what his department does on his resume.
